What you should Eat After Detoxification

It’s important to consume the right foods after the detoxification program. For example, in case you are on one day fasting system yesterday, detoxification process still continues today and you don’t want to overburden the body of yours with incorrect foods.

Below are some foods to consume the first week after the detoxification program:

1. Start the day of yours with a full glass of drinking water, ideally hot lemon water and consume a considerable amount of water during the day.

2. Fresh fruits. They will provide the entire body with important nutrients that can help in the cleansing process and at the very same time they are very easily digestible.
