Place these words together and you get probiotic (for life) and antibiotic (against life). Our human bodies are amazing beings that have the incredible power to overcome infection and regenerate tissues, amongst millions of other day tasks. However, it is not with no help that people complete these tasks. We’re host to millions of living organisms within our own personal tissues, and if it weren’t for these small helpers, we would not have the means to live out the lives of ours. These living organisms help to keep our bodies nutritious in a variety of ways, but just for the purposes of this report, we are planning to focus on the ones that aid in digestion.
The GI tract of ours is filled with millions of bacteria that are essential to digesting the food we consume. Nevertheless, our current medical behaviors require that if we get sick, we eat antibiotics to eliminate the infecting bacteria and support the own life of ours. Yet, antibiotics aren’t like superior target missiles. They do not hunt down and also kill just the infecting bacteria, they kill any bacteria contained in the body which is inside the reach of its. Because most antibiotics are taken orally, the bacteria in our digestive system is in the line of fire. That means with every bout of antibiotics, countless helpful bacteria have been murdered. go now, that wouldn’t be so dangerous if those killed bacteria simply regrew fast. Nonetheless, because of the quality of the food supply of ours and the poor eating habits of ours, those beneficial bacteria do not re-grow. In fact, the complete opposite occurs. Our current food supply and eating habits support the expansion of putrid, dangerous bacteria in the bodies of ours. The unfriendly bacteria take hold before the good bacteria have an opportunity to get back and also inflict havoc on our digestive systems. It’s a race to develop the inner flora of our gut, the good compared to the bad.
Today, you may be thinking, “I haven’t taken an antibiotic for years!”…well, guess again. If you consume meat, you’ve been taking antibiotics every day of the life of yours. Unfortunately, the antibiotics you’ve been taking were not even prescribed for you. They had been injected into the livestock to stop them from getting sick in the crowded conditions of theirs. Those antibiotics were absorbed into the tissues of the animal and given to you if you ate it. Obviously, it wasn’t at detailed strength, therefore it is kind of like not finishing your 7 day prescription of antibiotics. (We all know that’s a major NO-NO!) Nonetheless, that’s happening with each and every carnivorous bite.
