Woman accusing Giuliani of sexual harassment files lurid legal docs

Rudy Guiliani allegedly made his former business consultant perform oral sex on him while he was on speaker phone to Donald Trump – because it made him feel like Bill Clinton, court papers claim.

Noelle Dunphy, 43, is seeking $10 million in damages from the 78-year-old, alleging he forced her to have sex with him and

She claims he insisted she work from his apartment, and ‘demanded that she work naked, in a bikini, or in short shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her’. Dunphy claims Giuliani would bombard her with calls and text messages.

She recorded many of their conversations, she claims, including one in February 23, 2019 in which Giuliani told her he could ‘get in trouble with underage girls’ if they were 16 but looked 20.

Dunphy filed her 70-page suit on Monday before the New York State Supreme Court, and claims she’s owed $2 million in unpaid wages.

Noelle Dunphy, 43, said she was hired by Rudy Giuliani, 78, in January 2019.On Monday she sued him for $10 million, alleging sexual assault and a toxic workplace

She said she was hired by Giuliani in January 2019, while he was working as Trump’s lawyer.

Dunphy alleges that Giuliani told her a month later that they had a plan to claim election fraud if Trump lost in 2020.

‘Specifically, Giuliani told Ms.Dunphy that Trump’s team would claim that there was ‘voter fraud’ and that Trump had actually won the election,’ the complaint states.

‘This plan was discussed at several business meetings with Giuliani and Lev Parnas.’

Parnas, a Ukrainian-American businessman, helped Giuliani connect with Ukrainian figures as part of a campaign to dig up dirt on President Joe Biden’s son. Parnas was sentenced to 20 months in prison in June 2022 for fraud and campaign finance crimes.

Dunphy further alleges that Giuliani boasted about being able to ‘break the laws’ because he had ‘immunity’.

Giuliani, Dunphy claims, asked if she knew anyone in need of a pardon because he was selling them for $2 million.

The former New York City mayor was in the midst of a highly public and bruising divorce battle when he hired Dunphy.

His third wife, Judith Nathan, filed for divorce in April 2018 after 16 years of marriage.

Dunphy claims that Giuliani ‘aggressively’ bid to hire her, eventually agreeing to pay her $1 million a year – but the payments, he said, would be deferred

Giuliani consented to their conversations being recorded, Dunphy’s case states

Dunphy said she was hired for $1 million a year, and promised free legal advice for a domestic violence case she was fighting.

Giuliani said he could not pay her immediately, due to the divorce battle.

‘Ms Dunphy reluctantly agreed to defer her pay and not to publicize her employment because she viewed the job, the salary, and the free legal representation as being worth the wait,’ the case states.

She alleges the sexual harassment began immediately.

Giuliani ‘worked aggressively’ to hire her, she said, and later admitted he ‘wanted [Ms. Dunphy] from the day [he] interviewed [her].’

Dunphy says in the suit that his comments were recorded.

She claims Giuliani was rarely sober, and relied heavily on Viagra.

Giuliani is said to have told his staffer that getting her to perform oral sex on him while at work made him feel like Bill Clinton – who famously enjoyed a similar sex act from White House intern Monica Lewinsky

‘While working with Ms.Dunphy, Giuliani would look to Ms. Dunphy, point to his erect penis, and tell her that he could not do any work until ‘you take care of this’,’ she claims in the case.

‘Thus, Ms. Dunphy worked under the constant threat that Giuliani might demand sex from her at any moment.

‘Even when the Covid-19 pandemic halted Giuliani’s ability to physically assault her, he demanded that she disrobe during their work-related videoconferences.’

She states in the suit: ‘Throughout the employment and attorney-client relationship, Giuliani forced Ms Dunphy to perform oral sex on him.

‘He often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump.

‘Giuliani told Ms.Dunphy that he enjoyed engaging in this conduct while on the telephone because it made him ‘feel like Bill Clinton.”

That appears to be a reference to Clinton’s affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, which included oral sex in the Oval Office.

Dunphy said she overheard multiple conversations, including Trump and Giuliani discussing the investigation by Robert Mueller.

She alleged that she ‘never consented to intercourse, but she eventually stopped resisting because it was clear that he would not stop pressuring her.’

Dunphy claimed that Giuliani liked to insult her during sex, and was fascinated by BDSM, wanting her to watch films and shows with such scenes in them.

Dunphy said she frequently travelled with him, and her Instagram shows her meeting MAGA figures such as Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr, as well as Kimberly Guilfoyle and Mike Pence.

She said that a key part of her role was to avoid him being too drunk to appear in public, and embarrass himself.

Dunphy claimed that the infamous press conference with hair dye dripping down his face was staged when she was not present.

She also claimed that he suffered from ‘chronic alcoholism’, beginning drinking in the morning, and continuing all day.

‘Giuliani was rarely sober around Ms.Dunphy,’ the suit claims.

‘Since he regularly drank all day and night, it became part of Ms. Dunphy’s responsibilities to fetch his alcohol and make sure that he was a ‘functioning alcoholic.’

‘She worked hard to ensure that despite Giuliani’s excessive drinking, he did not appear drunk.

‘If Giuliani became too drunk, 약국 비아그라 구매 it was her job to remove him from the situation.

‘Ultimately, the most important and time-consuming aspect of Ms.Dunphy’s job became preventing Giuliani from creating media disasters.’

She alleged that, during a golf tournament in Florida in March 2019, he drunkenly posted to social media a video mocking a disabled person.

‘Giuliani and his security detail, Beau Wagner, were highly intoxicated and took an unprofessional and offensive video with an autistic young man,’ the suit claims.

‘Giuliani then drunkenly uploaded this video to Twitter.

‘Almost immediately and as part of her job duties, Ms Dunphy deleted the video from Twitter, edited it to make it more presentable, and uploaded the new version.’

The suit also alleges that Giuliani made sexist, racist, and antisemitic comments to Dunphy, saying Jewish men have smaller genitalia, that it’s time to ‘get over the Passover’ because ‘it was like 3,000 years ago.’

He allegedly said that black and Hispanic men hit women because ‘it is in their culture,’ and made remarks that ‘demeaned and sexualized’ Hillary Clinton and Margaret Thatcher.

Giuliani’s attorneys deny that Dunphy ever worked for him, and accused her of extortion.

A representative for Giuliani said he ‘vehemently and completely denies’ Dunphy’s account ‘and plans to thoroughly defend against these allegations. This is pure harassment and an attempt at extortion.’
